Returns & Refund Policy

Please notify TVC on 0115 930 1133 and e-mail: as soon as possible, definitely within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Should the reason for the return of goods be adjudged to be the fault of TVC, the goods will be replaced and carriage paid at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Should the customer cancel the Order or make a mistake in ordering the material, the Customer must arrange the return of the goods to TVC at their own expense, in the original packaging, when the goods are received in perfect condition, a refund will be given, minus a 20% restocking fee, unless this is a Wrapping Material or Special Order item, then NO REFUND will be offered so please ensure the correct items are ordered prior to despatch from TVC warehouse.

All goods remain the property of TVC until paid for in FULL and TVC does NOT pay damages or compensation for consequential loss in any circumstances.
